Monitor the status of orders and proactively provide feedback on progress;
Coordinate internal departments to handle customer needs and emergencies;
Collect customer feedback and drive service improvement.
3. Operation
Core responsibilities: execution of transportation and logistics processes.
Specific tasks: Responsible for practical operations such as booking space, loading containers, picking up goods, and delivering them;
Consolidate customer goods, arrange warehousing, LCL (Less than Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load) transportation;
Monitor the status of goods in transit and handle any abnormalities;
Ensure smooth connection between the transportation and customs clearance processes.
4. Customs affairs
Core responsibilities: Customs clearance compliance and customs management.
Specific tasks:
Review the customs clearance documents provided by the client to ensure compliance and completeness;
Classify the goods according to HS CODE, verify the tax rate, declared value, and relevant regulatory requirements;
Pay attention to policy changes and provide timely customs advice to customers;
Develop risk prevention and control measures to reduce customs declaration errors and inspection rates.
5. Customs broker
Core responsibilities: Providing customs clearance services throughout the United States.
Specific tasks:
As the customs declaration entity, handle customs clearance procedures throughout the United States;
Handle declarations for general goods, sensitive goods, and high-value products;
Provide services for return shipments, inspection response, and dispute resolution;
Relying on former US Customs officials as consultants, we aim to enhance customs clearance efficiency and compliance assurance.
6. Card and Banking Department
Core responsibilities: Responsible for truck transportation and final delivery within the United States, ensuring the rapid, safe, and compliant arrival of goods at their final destination.
Specific tasks:
Operate a truck delivery network covering the entire United States, providing door-to-door services;
Undertake the final-leg distribution tasks such as FBA warehousing, docking with supervised warehouses, and regional distribution;
Manage the bonded truck dedicated line and supervised warehouse to ensure transportation compliance and timeliness;
Seamlessly connect with customs clearance agents, collaborate in handling cargo inspection, return services, and other related procedures, and reduce the costs of port delays and returns;
